Gucci and Rodarte were both channeling "Lovers From The 70s" this season. Muted pastels, chocolate browns and nostalgic textures (which came in the form of a wood grain printed dress at Rodarte, and embroidered denim shirts at Gucci) achieved a reminiscent dreaminess chock full of references to simpler times.

I think this is a pretty neat throwback fashion-type thing. I mean yeah, designers have done the boho chic thing before but this is way more unique; I like this.
